About Jennifer

My name is Jennifer and I am a 23-year-old writer and looking to make my mark in the writing world.

While I hope to be a big-time novelist, I also enjoy working on children’s books with my friend Chieh who illustrates them.

I have two main projects being worked on but to me, it is like playing a video game.  Writing is about unlocking levels.  You start with one idea, but maybe that one will branch out into others.  Some would compare it to a tree, but I prefer to relate it to something my generation will better understand.

Each story is a quest.  Each quest when finished will unlock others.  It is similar to an MMORPG such as Runescape or World of Warcraft.  You pick your path, diverge as you see fit, and you can go on multiple quests or story lines as you see fit.

So as of now, my ideas for the week are as follows:

Music Monday – Time to go over music that helps me work
    Tuesday – Not sure
    Wednesday – Not sure
    Thursday – Not sure
Fish Friday – Go over any updates on Fish

It is not a perfect plan, but its the start. This is two set days I am committing to blog, which is better than once or twice a month
